The XEROX Bike Concept
The Bike
In early 2006 Xerox Corporation commissioned Arlen Ness Motorcycle Company to build a custom “theme” bike for use in conjunction with the worldwide introduction of its new high-powered Nuvera monochrome digital production print system for graphic communications customers. The bike’s appearance had to be consistent with the printer’s capabilities: powerful; perfectly detailed fine lines for graphics; monochromatic and halftone colors. The monumental design task was up to Ness.

The Creation Of A Masterpiece
When the nine-foot bike had been completed and named the “Nu-Ness” Arlen Ness turned to Mazz’s artistic creativity and magical airbrush to make its elegantly sculpted metal and sensual curves come alive with a crowd stopping design using only monochrome colors and halftones. An extremely challenging task indeed because of the restricted color scheme, but the result speaks for itself: a two-wheeled masterpiece proudly displayed by Xerox for the world to see.

Xerox has commissioned Arlen Ness to design and build three more “theme” bikes to be used with new product introductions… and you guessed it - Mazz will be responsible for creating the designs and color schemes to masterfully airbrush on each bike.

You might not be Xerox, but your bike can be every bit as elegant as theirs because Mazz is the man behind the artistry. Call me at 623-937-9464 and let’s talk about making it happen.
